an Audiovisual Stock Manager

with:

​

• Initial experience in an audiovisual rental company or with a service provider is required.

• Excellent organizational skills and absolute rigor.

• Ability to work independently and a keen sense of priority management.

• Curiosity and a strong interest in the technical and audiovisual environment

• An instinct for optimization and a desire to always “do better”

• A desire to learn and understand

• Driver's license required

CORE TASK

As an Audiovisual Stock Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Prior to filming, managing equipment releases

• Understanding the technical synopsis in order to prepare the equipment

• Configuring the equipment prior to filming

• Testing and updating the equipment

• Assisting with loading the equipment

You will be participating in on-site projects:

• delivering/collecting equipment on site

• participating in the installation/disinstallation of the set and/or control room

• assisting the Technical Supervisor and Director

After filming, managing equipment returns

• managing the archiving and delivery of source files

• managing equipment returns

• monitoring the equipment used and performing minor maintenance

Outside of filming

• Technical monitoring, R&D

• Documenting audiovisual system installation and maintenance procedures.

• Maintaining and updating all of the company's video equipment

• identifying malfunctions and repairing/maintaining equipment

SALARY

• Permanent contract, salary based on profile and experience, ranging from €28k to €32k before tax.

• 90% of health insurance costs covered.
