S7PT MILLE is hiring a work-study production assistant to join a human-sized team with big ambitions, currently launching a new business unit dedicated to event production.

Your mission: to help organize and coordinate immersive and daring events, from client briefings to on-site installation, including logistics, contractor relations, and administrative follow-up.

Required profile: Master's student (events, production, or communications), resourceful, organized, with excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine curiosity about what goes on behind the scenes in live production.

  • First or Second Degree Master student (production, event project management, audiovisual, communication, or management).

  • Work-study program with a company/school schedule allowing for regular, weekly monitoring of assigned projects and tasks (ideally, 4 days out of 5 at the company).

  • Previous experience (internship or work-study program) in production, events, or project coordination would be highly appreciated.

CORE TASKS

Reporting to the Event Operations Director and working closely with a Production Manager, the Production Assistant helps organize, coordinate, and monitor the agency's production activities. Their responsibilities include:

Preparation & coordination

  • Collecting and compiling project-related information from clients and/or stakeholders (briefings, presentations, etc.).

  • Conducting preliminary research for event preparation.

  • Preparing and updating audiovisual and event production files (temporary contracts, roadmaps, agreements, authorizations, bookings, guest/participant lists, etc.).

  • Support for the logistical coordination of projects (planning and scheduling, monitoring of contractors and participants).

  • Contribution to day-to-day administrative tasks: quotes, project-related expenses, archiving, and document database.

On-site tasks

  • Contribution to the preparation and set-up of spaces prior to the event (signage, reception, equipment installation, briefing of speakers).

  • Welcoming and assisting teams, speakers, and audiences on the day of the event.

  • Supporting stage managers and technical service providers.

  • Managing occasional specific practical tasks on site.

  • Ensuring the smooth flow of information between the various people involved during the event.

 

Reporting & promotion

  • Preparation of post-event reports (quantitative and qualitative) and collection of feedback.

  • Formatting and distribution of reporting materials (tables, presentations, summaries).

  • Contribution to project promotion: selection of photos/videos, creation of a portfolio of references.

 

Development & structuring

  • Contribution to the establishment of the Events Business Unit.

  • Prospect follow-up and sales development support: monitoring, follow-up, appointment scheduling, database, etc. 

  • Design, deployment, and updating of management and reporting tools (shared schedules, checklists, templates, tracking tables, etc.).

  • Creation and updating of internal and external documents (presentations, templates, memos, emails, etc.). 

EXPECTED SKILLS

  • Excellent organizational and priority management skills.

  • Strong writing skills and good digital literacy.

  • Good verbal communication skills and ability to interact with various interlocutors.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory (written and spoken).

  • Ability to work independently while integrating into a team.

  • Ability to remain calm and clear-headed in stressful situations.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (Notion, etc.) is a plus.

CONTRACTUAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL FRAMEWORK

  • Contract: Work-study program (professional training contract or apprenticeship contract)

  • Desired start date: As soon as possible (October 2025)

  • Sector: Event production / Audiovisual

  • Reporting to: Director of Event Operations

  • Location: Pantin, with possible missions in France and abroad.

  • Main objective: Assisting with the development and operation of the BU, including coordinating the events it organizes.

  • Autonomy: Autonomy over specific task assignments, with systematic validation of decisions. Expected progression in autonomy over the course of the contract.

  • Key indicators:

    • Meeting deadlines and ensuring the quality of deliverables.

    • Regular and reliable updating of monitoring tools (CRM, Notion, schedules).

    • Progress in autonomy and initiative.

    • Quality of administrative and commercial follow-up.

    • Internal and external satisfaction.
